Warranty

What is covered

Everything we sell carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults, starting the day your order arrives.

If something fails because of how it was made, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you — our choice, but we will talk to you first.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops and liquid spills
• Normal wear: scuffs, fading, and batteries losing capacity over time
• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Consumable parts such as earcups and straps, beyond the first six months

Making a claim

Email us with your order number and a description of the fault, along with photos or a short video if the problem is visible. We usually resolve claims within three working days.
