How long delivery takes

Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 working days. Express arrives in 1–2. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and packed the same day; anything later goes out the next morning.

What it costs

• Standard delivery is free above the threshold shown at checkout
• Below that, standard delivery is charged at the flat rate shown in your basket
• Express delivery is always charged, and is never free

Where we ship

We ship to every country listed in the checkout address form. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If it has been more than five working days and nothing has arrived, get in touch and we will chase it.
