Your right to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return anything for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

Items must come back unused and in their original packaging. Anything returned worn, damaged or incomplete may be refunded in part rather than in full.

How to return something

• Email us with your order number and what you would like to return
• We will reply with a return address and instructions
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us

Unless the item is faulty, return postage is yours to pay. We recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us, it is still your parcel.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving. Card refunds can take a further 5–10 days to appear on your statement, which is your bank's timing rather than ours.

Original delivery charges are refunded too, unless you are returning only part of an order.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty or breaks within the warranty period, we cover return postage and either repair, replace or refund it. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
