Ordering

A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order — because something sold out between your click and our confirmation, or because a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices include tax where applicable and are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Availability

Stock levels shown are accurate at the moment the page loads. In the rare case that two people buy the last item at the same instant, the first order through wins and the second is refunded immediately.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the store operates, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country.
