What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We need these to take payment, ship your order and contact you if something goes wrong.

We do not store your card details. They are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.

What we do with it

We use your information to fulfil your order and to answer your questions about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the couriers and payment providers who need it to do their part.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete everything else at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep your basket and your session working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
